Asking price: AU$55k for the yacht as she is. There is nothing on the market similar to Elpidia in the AU$40-55k range – expect for a yacht in France which is not as good feature wise as Elpidia and on the market for more than AU$60k. With a bit of work Formosa 46 yachts are selling in excess of $120k.
The vessel is in good condition other than some water damages on ceiling ply due to a leaking chain plate and generator corrosion problems.
Because of these 2 issues needing some repairs, the vessel is sold at this unusual low price in order for the Estate to sell quickly.
