Update on plywood availability 2017

Postby Mrmarino » Sun Apr 09, 2017 2:31 pm

Hello All

Just wanted to ask The forum about plywood availability. I am currently living in Dauis on pongalo island. I'm planning on building a woods Gypsy 28 and wanted to find out about 9 mm marine plywood availability. The hulls and cabin use mostly 9mm.i've checked a couple building supply hardware in Bohol and they don't even carry 9 mm marine plywood. I don't think that if the plywood is available in another province I would have too much trouble getting some to Dauis. Can you guys please let me know what marine plywood is still available country wide. I'll attach a plan view of the Gypsy 28.

Thanks

Mike

I just bought 9mm Santa Clara Plywood in Batangas, however when I first asked they said they only have 1/2 inch (12mm).
But when you actually measure it, what they call 1/2" is really 3/8" (9mm).
